    day 2 of unable to play the game because of nonstop 2002/10105/90001/90002

    when are you gunna fire those shitty NTT hosting more like ghosting?
    im paying a sub and paying for a VPN (no VPN = 500 ping) and still im not able to play
    its like i have zero expectations already and still im somehow let down
    how is this even possible
    i asked my ISP back in may what's wrong cuz i cant have these disconnects and deal with queue times every minute during DT launch and they said NTT said "we might fix the underwater cables by july"
    and guess what? the same problems persist until now
    i originally thought the previous few days were isolated incidents but im starting to see a pattern here
    its awlays during peak hours when it dies

    Bad Lag as well

    Having the same affect, with AT&T and 1k MBPS speed on the east coast. Internet is fine with all my other connections but experiencing 100ms loss when running FFXIV. Can't do much on this

    Same for me. In FL with a 1k mbsp and using ATT. FF14 the only issue.

    Texas, same issue around 15% packet loss. Too laggy. I escalated my ATT ticket as much as I could, they told me they would get back to me but it seems they can't do anything per previous comments here.

    Yes, I've heard the same runaround from AT&T.

    Unfortunately, this is up to SE and NTT to sort out sooner rather than later.

    The more responses and feedback this thread and other similar ones get, the better. Share them with your FCs, Linkshells, etc., and see what they can offer for feedback.

    AT&T user here to say "me too". The ping and packet loss issues are identical on my end to what everyone else describes.

    Using a VPN seems to have fixed the issue on my end. That being said I certainly don't count that as an ideal solution and do not welcome yet another additional monthly subscription if the problem doesn't get resolved.

    Yep, it's fixed on my end as well. I did a quick ping command to the Aether datacenter in PowerShell just to be sure, and it's coming back at 58 ms, which is within my usual range.

    Fingers crossed whatever they did will have fixed it for a while, at least. But if anything happens again, I'll keep this thread handy.

    Just woke up and checked. Looks like it was fixed shortly after 2am.

    Lasted about 14 hours. Any color that isn't bright green or grey is lost packets.

    Looks like I spoke to soon. Ping times literally just started going back up to around 80-100ms and climbing. No packet loss YET but that didn't start till a few hours in yesterday and keep getting worse as the day went on.

    Similar results on my end when I disconnect my VPN. Ping times increased from the low 60s up to the 80-100, just like you mentioned. No packets dropping here either.
