Ok asking for advice

Biggest piece of advice I could give is: raid with people who you can criticize to their face and who can criticize you to yours. People need to improve and learn to actually clear the content and if they aren't willing to hear their mistakes or you're not comfortable having them tell you (maybe because you're all friends and don't want to wreck the friendship), find a different group. Point blank period.

We are discussed this but I agree with this thing we all will critique each other but not the point we get emotional or toxic about it, also we plan on doing this Friday and Sunday and on Saturday as a free company we run maps so we figure Friday we can raid take it in and think about it then while we're doing maps discuss what we saw and what we need to do Sunday for improvements

I'd be cautious of double stacking events with people who are new with raiding, it does tend to drain the brain.
