Disclaimer: I was a huge fan of Paladin on XI, so my changes mostly are geared towards making XIV Paladins somewhat of an Eidolon of their predecessor.

PLD is my all time favorite XI job, but it's probably one of the last jobs on the "Need" list. SE has made no effort to improve the practicality of PLD in XI.

I would prefer the XIV incarnation be not only infinitely more useful, but actually DESIRED among the playerbase.
