They weren't asking for Rescue to be removed. Just an opt out buff that could come from an enchant or consumable of sorts. But yeah, I get what you mean that there are other ways to troll. I have once noticed someone spam cancel cast the LB to prevent others from using it while also rendering it useless.

Arms Length.

I acknowledged that with a previous post if you see a healer jumping off the Titan platform. But if both healers are in it for each other, Arm's Length may not work still. Friends I know of said they were able to successfully get another of our friends into the Suzaku hole still even with Arm's Length. The first healer baits it and the second healer does it again when the buff expires. They didn't do it to a PuG though. Just friends messing with each other.
