But yes I totally agree with you, I was just trying to think of a 'compromise' since majority of these 'rescue rage' stems from within dungeon runs which tend to be negligible at most (it's not like we have shortage of healing buttons to fix that kind of stupid at this point, right? lol).

If they want to change any at all, they really should improve that delay instead, not remove the button.
