To your credit though that it was I do when a product I've used for a long time starts to drop in their quality, I don't pay for mediocre shit. But then again mediocre shit seems to be the norm for SE these days.
If you don't like it and want it to be like WoW or whatever else game... then yes you should quit this one and play the ones tha cater to you.

MMO's don't get content very often and it takes long time to get content... there is alot of content in FFXIV to do... and if you are all fixated ONLY on the latest content... the level 90 content.. then yes then you constantly will run into a wall, it is as ridiculous logic and simple as that... there is no way that ANY company can keep up with pounding out content without the players catching up as it is.

Take a break, play another game for a while, it can't be said anymore clear... catch up with other content you missed out on in the game as it is or something, just saying not getting enough content is irrelevant and also... people do not want to pay 45 dollars per month for a subscription for then having 2-3x the amount of extra people working on the game to spit out content that people would catch up on anyway way faster than they are able to produce the content still.... the QA alone is a hell, and bug finding/fixing before release is also not that easy.
