I mean yeah, its minimum effort and people just rush to buy anything they put out, no matter how mediocre it is and how lazy it is, as long as people keep buying, they'll keep making mediocre content, be it on the mog shop or in the game.

Yeah, this. Also, I feel like SE is testing the waters for how lazy they can get and still have people buy their stuff. So far so good.
