That particular FC that owns the plot below originally (when this all started at least) had a level 2 as a FC master. They've since promoted a different member to FC master, which tells me that they could have taken care of this, but chose not to.
It’s probably the same person and that lvl 2 was a placeholder (can’t even bid on a lvl 2). They must have temporarily left on their main for bidding purposes.
