Full context of the quote necroman. NOTHING about this quote, no matter how you ridiculously try to twist it breaks the rules. It is not only "cool" but it is completely and utterly within the rules. Why wouldn't someone grab their dream house(s) on another server?
It seems to me that those who refuse to create an alt on another server where they could reasonably acquire their dream house don't do it because they have no friends to show it off to. Apparently, those who MUST have a house to flex for their friends are the ones who are needing to be "cool".
The required rules for FC House purchase state you do not have a character on the same World on the same service account that purchased and maintains a free company plot. So yes, it does break the rules; unless done so with multiple service accounts or across different worlds, like I said.
I can see why this one has been brought back to life again, alone the views justify it to appear and also that people has been digging into threads instead of making new ones.
Words are hard.
The cat's got issues. Notice how only one person follows his every word? Or how he's getting eviscerated on his failed reddit psa post?
Dude, you don't work for SE's legal department so nothing you say matters much.
You need to do more in depth research and get better understanding on how FF14 FC system operate.
It is possible for one service account to maintain more than one FC house without breaking the TOS.
There are things can't and shouldnt be said public because you don't want to see mimics.
What you are currently beleives is not a fact.
Whatever OP is asking will not be possible because of this FC mechanic installed due to this community's popular demand.

A service account is not the same thing as a character.
The rule only considers your characters that both purchased and maintain their fc house on one server, and at no point does it check if you have separate characters where one has bought a house and one currently maintains a house. What is written is in perfect alignment with what the game allows you to do.
