Sounds like a win to me. And 0 fight for plots at least for smalls. You can enjoy waiting months for a house while I'll get one first try, have at it !
DC travel is fine just about any time of day/night. It's rarely more than a minute. The only time it's gotten as high as the 10-15 minute range for me was the week 6.3 was released and that was during prime NA hours.

No doubt it would be much worse when 7.0 is released but it would be to the advantage of friends to travel to Dynamis in advance to play through MSQ than to travel off Dynamis to do it.
