    Well I own a medium house but I still think that personal houses were a mistake. But small houses are too small for FCs and we have way too many wards for FC only housing anyway...

    The whole system needs a revamp, it is not possible to fix this mess anymore.

    Maybe maybe not, doesn't mean we have to remove either personal or FC houses now
