I was under the impression that one person could not own more than one house. Then why is it you have entire wards in EMPYREUM owned by the same person? SUB.x owns almost all of Ward 4. If you track them all they are owned by the same accounts. They are low-ranked FC's formed in the last 2 months. I've moved to Coeurl to be able to purchase a house, made a new FC, and am still waiting my 30 days but with people like this who are purchasing entire wards, I won't be able to buy a house anywhere. I will eventually move the rest of my characters over and put them in the same FC. But seriously why are you not addressing the issue of people having one account with multiple FC, or individual houses? And since it is in Empyreum that means he is NOT grandfathered in. And really that entire grandfathering in should be stopped because it is unfair to any newer players. Just my two cents, but there is an entire black market of FC houses being sold for hundreds of millions of gil and if you don't think that the gil traders are the ones in on that entire scheme you have got to be blind.

SE left a nice big loophole when it comes to FCs. It's not "one FC house per world per service account". It's "one FC house owned by buyer per world per service account". Remove the character that bought a FC house from that FC, and the service account is no longer considered to own a FC house on that world.

SE didn't fix anything when it comes to multiple FC house ownership. They simply made a cosmetic change to their policy for the sake of players who don't pay attention to wording.

No one who pays attention to what goes on in housing should have believed that the 6.1 housing changes would push RMT out. All it did was make players that much more desperate to get a house thanks to the increased competition for plots the lottery bought due to ease of entry.

I don't think all of our last 40 FC plots are going to be disappearing in the next couple of lottery periods so you should still be able to get a FC house. Legitimate FCs eligible to buy already have a house if they want one and the players going after multiple FC houses are still restricted by the number of service accounts they're willing to pay for.

The system is fair, but not equitable for everyone. Its also called Capitalism.

If you put in even half the amount of effort into getting a house as you put into complaining about not having one, you would have a house.

Multi house owners aren't going anywhere, so instead of whining, get motivated and start asking different questions, such as...

How did you get more than one house?
Can you teach me how to get a house?
How did you learn to get a house?
Can you HELP me get a house?

Chances are, the people you are demonizing are the ones with the information and resources to help you make your dreams come true. But, it will require effort on your part.

You may only purchase and maintain one private plot and one free company plot per World per service account.
If you already have purchased both a private plot and a free company plot on the same World on one service account, you will not be able to purchase additional plots even if you log in with a different character.

If you leave the free company that maintains the plot you currently own, you will be able to purchase a new free company plot.

Yeah, I found that strange too. OP was the one who had a zero bug, the winner refund their money, then leave, then rejoin the FC to get the Empy large house (which in itself seems weird, as rejoining doesn't work, does it?)

So, they are not just in a large, they are in a free large.
