The irony of this post calling something “toxic”. A buzz word to insult something you disagree with but the amount of posts you make that exhibit the traits you personally speak against.

I already said earlier, at minimum the criticism makes someone aware there is an issue. Do with the criticism what you will. But calling it “toxic” is a good way to get ignored for an overused, and now meaningless word

I wasn't even using a Buzzword, it is Toxic to think Criticism alone by itself is helpful, and people are just suppose to be ok with it and mentally spin it into a Positive.
And where did I insult anybody?....
