    I don't want to jump to conclusions but there is clearly something that OP didnt intentionally or unintentionally said and it may be for personal reasons.

    If everything is as OP said then I dont really understand what seems to be problem for Square Enix.

    Well it clearly says that Square Enix doesn't do name changes from 1 person to another. They will only do a name change if the same person has their name changed. This is all just to prevent account selling and related RMT
