If it actually gets to a point that you need to call in.
They would just ask for the name on the account, which you clearly know.
They won't be questioning your voice not matching what they expect it to sound like.
Changing the name is a problem with account transfers which are not allowed because of RMT issues.
It's not them 'not caring' or giving 'bad service' it's in the user agreement you agreed to.
