They would just ask for the name on the account, which you clearly know.

They won't be questioning your voice not matching what they expect it to sound like.

Changing the name is a problem with account transfers which are not allowed because of RMT issues.
It's not them 'not caring' or giving 'bad service' it's in the user agreement you agreed to.

Not everything that upsets someone is valid. Some people are upset by other races, is that valid? No, it's not, it's worth ridicule and scorn

I don't understand why it matters who's name is on the account? You're going to buy a new copy and start a new character because of an account name?
