So unless everyone in the world dies and requires some kind of mass resurrection we're not likely to see boxart boy as a healer.

As long as the theme of the expansion favours a healer main character, they might do it. If we ever get a expansion themed around undead enemies I am willing to bet the poster WoL will be a healer

They might even smack Krile in there as the sidekick Sword/Shield of the WoL during the expac (if they wanna sell a new DPS/Tank in the poster)
