The roulette system's purpose was to make it all equal ground for everyone. It didn't achieve it entirely, because multiple FC members can still bid on one FC's behalf and people can bid with multiple accounts, but this system is still miles better than the no-lifer/bot haven than old one was.
What they really should do is make only FC leaders bid, and triple the amount of PRIVATE wards.
