My Opinion on the matter is just that.
What those in favor of the feature are trying to say is that while you have your opinion, the facts remain that said feature would only detract from ones personal experience if they choose to let it. Being as it would be a 100% optional feature it does not inherently take anything way from others in a world where it could be added without any negative. Granted that world is not real but I hope you get where I am coming from.
