See that's a problem with personal boundaries as a whole. If that person's that annoying, and actually violates your personal boundaries that often enough to want an entire feature to not be in the game, then I think you should start blocking him. That's on you, not on the game.

Yes. People communicating with you over and over again and pestering you is a personal problem. With your logic then, we should go ahead and remove chatting from the game cause there are people out there right now being annoying in other people's DMs.

It doesn't matter if you don't have to do it because "the game does it for you." That problem is still very much a personal boundary problem between you and the dude pestering you, and that can be solved by a simple "Add to Blacklist"
