Yes. People communicating with you over and over again and pestering you is a personal problem. With your logic then, we should go ahead and remove chatting from the game cause there are people out there right now being annoying in other people's DMs.

It doesn't matter if you don't have to do it because "the game does it for you." That problem is still very much a personal boundary problem between you and the dude pestering you, and that can be solved by a simple "Add to Blacklist"

Anyway yeah, if I had the power to put anything in the game, I'd still add being able to DM in instances and in other datacenters, and probably an expanded Blacklist cap.
