PC players: do you use your mouse to walk?

I had some issues in a dungeon earlier with my mouse.

The sensitivity shot up, so I couldn't walk in a straight line easily.

I told the rest of the dungeon, and they said that using a mouse to move is odd (but they may have been new?)

Does anybody else solely use a mouse to walk in this game? Press both mouse buttons at once and move about. I find it gives much more precise movements (unless ya mouse breaks), and it is a bit easier to angle the camera, etc. during dungeons.

Click to move in 3D MMOs is such a pain. I remember a game where you can't walk with WASD and have to rely solely on clicking. Yes imagine the pain.
