...Sure, and you could also do map FATEs, Trust leveling, Roulettes, and Beast Tribes for xp from 70+ too. I know Bozja exists, that doesn't mean it's Deep Dungeon, so for people who say "I want to level this alt entirely through Deep Dungeon" it means just as little as "Just do roulettes".

I mean, they can. But it's not the same. You want a quick place to get EXP, normal overworld content isn't going to give you half as much EXP as Bozja does.

Bozja's tuned to be the equivalent of a Deep Dive.
