Add iLevel restrictions to Alliance Roulette

Because roulettes are basically volunteering to get bodies into old content.
If you want the roulette rewards, you gotta be willing to volunteer to run content you don't personally like.
If you never want to take the risk of running old content you have zero tolerance for, just forgo the roulette rewards.

The sole reason to do roulettes is the rewards. If you want the reward, you help others in whatever content they want to do.
You don't get to pick and choose what you want to play AND get the reward, that is the actual selfish behavior in this thread.

That's an extremely weak argument because doing roulettes is also optional. Hell even MSQ is optional. Who's gonna stop you if you just never progress past ARR and instead spend your entire time ocean fishing?
