The hunt trains are why I don't want more open world content.
Unless it was restricted to parties and spawned like maps, general open world stuff like in the past would be terrible.

I don’t think we need an invul shield and 10 minutes is too long. When there is a call for a boss, I immediately decide to go or not. If I go, I drop what I am doing and head there immediately so as not to make people wait. 5 minutes is more than enough. If not catch the next boss.
Sure, but they have to replace it with something better.
Trains aren't really all that bad. It's nice to have a large scale activity with the community coming together to organize something that benefits the playerbase overall. Scouters, relayers and those who run the discords put in a lot of work for others for little gain. I'd encourage that, but actually build towards it, instead of having a vague "we didn't intend you to share this too much" system that creates player animosity when it's clear a large number of players enjoy sharing and community spirit.
They could even do a mix of large scale hunts and hunts intended for smaller parties so everyone gets something.
I don't know, I like a good discussion, criticism or even grumble and some discussions lead into strong disagreements, but personally there's very, very few people I'd say I "don't like" on the forum.
tbh if they didn't "intend" for players to do something, then all the more reason to look into it and fix it. Because as it stands, we're reliant on people having fair play and being organized. And if we can't even do that in the real world, what makes them think that's going to happen in a virtual world? People early pull. All the time. And there's always drama whenever anyone does that.Sure, but they have to replace it with something better.

They were quick to address a similar issue with Ishgard Restoration, locking Wanderers out of the Firmament. While locking people out of instances here wouldn't be great, the fact remains that they should do something to help with coordination. After all, the players aren't behaving within their standards. So if they want that to happen, they need to ensure it.
The real question is "how". Because an invuln might not be the best, as part of the time will be spent while people are looking for it. Meaning technically you have less than the maximum amount of time to get there. Plus, some people lag, some people have a slow hard drive... I just don't think an invuln is necessarily a best approach, though I admit I can't think of anything better.
Year 6+, still same topics. Everything they ever did was making that chat message for when the S mob is spawned. I doubt they move another finger for hunting, despise all the arguments and smart ideas about it. Revamped/Updated old content doesn't sell as good as new content. Go get loud about that if you want older content to get more updates.
I know there's a notification when an S-Rank is up. The point is, it was immediately announced the second it spawned with the exact coordinates in shout chat and the hunt linkshell I'm in. I didn't even get a chance type and say it spawned and after flying into the air, I saw no one around for at least 30 seconds when finally the person that shouted showed up.The moment an S rank spawns. Everyone in that zone gets the notification, not just you. So obviously this will grab attention quickly.
And as these mob spawn positions are static as well, and globaly rendered (meaning someone that is flying high on the other side of the map can give a quite accurate position). Its very easy for dedicated hunters to spread out the location fast.

Either:
a) They haven't seen our feedback on it. At which point, people need to ask them about it so that they look into this.
b) Have they asked them about it before? What did they say, and when? If anything to find a justification for why they haven't done much since.
Or both. Could be both.
No one in hunt discords deserves any part of the game reworked around them.
Hunts are world bosses they belong to no one end of story. Only one change is needed and that is for s ranks to spawn once a week at random with zero player intervention.
