I think the main issue with the new lottery system is that there is no risk involved with trying to get a house. In the old system, you had to commit potentially several hours mindlessly clicking a sign and fighting bots doing the same thing. This discouraged a lot of people from even attempting. Now, you just need the gil and you can put a bid on a house risk free. Oh you lost? Here is 100% of your money back xD.

Now I do not want to go back to the old system, but if they are going to have a limited housing system, they need to add some sort of block to discourage people from getting a house. In a limited market, only those that really want a house should get one imo.

Edit: and yeah Demo needs to be turned back on ASAP.
