It's usually people like this that have the biggest egos in the community, believing they have all the right solutions. I recall somebody saying that players are experts in finding problems in a game, however they're not capable of coming up solutions to those problems and to me that holds very much true these days.

That's because (as someone else famously said) players don't know what it is they actually want or need.

A lot of the time I asked people who just complain about something being bad(and not elaborating how/why) what they would do to improve it I would get the answer of "it's not my job to think of that"....in other words they were complaining to have their 5 seconds of fame as the OP on a post that would get 10-20 pages on average.
