    I mostly wish they could be more thorough about policing the third party tools that blatantly violate the ToS as in hacks, bots, etc.

    I would prefer if they actually were more active in hunting and eliminating RMT bots. Make it costly for them and the price of gil goes up. The price of gil goes up, then there will be less buyers. There are less buyers then rmt becomes less lucrative and they will either have to give up or double down on PF clears for money and hope that they avoid the b& for breaking ToS like that. Oh well, lol.
