really better to just expect nothing, lol. then you can pretend to be pleasantly surprised if they actually do something good.

There we go. From LL so some people can stop entertain Firemage. They'll adjust ranged and casters because they completely forgot how full melee uptime gives them a huge DPS advantage
That doesn't mean they'll fix Machinist. We can only hope Machinist will get more.
I'm expecting similar DPS buff from both SMN & RDM. They didn't mention raise tax.
The balance was already off t-cup

Finally, good news.
Let's also remember that only numbers will be impacted for 6.25 and more adjustments will come for 6.3.
They didn't mentionned MCH in particular, we can expect the gap between DNC and MCH to remain the same.
Don't get your hopes up.
I read that job adjustments won't be released until 6.28 and that 6.25 was a translation error,
it will certainly be minor potency adjustments, and the rest certainly not until 6.3 .
I believe they want to rework Paladin? They mentioned that. That makes me worry for Summoner since Summoner is also impacted by the 2 minutes burst meta. I know they'll adjust damage for casters and ranged. I don't know if they'll give more to Machinist. Numbers are 6.28 I think and skill adjustments on 6.3
I don't have much expectation for them to fix Summoner. They just got a whole rework and they destroyed the job doing so. Adding potency will certainly help but it won't fix a broken rotation that desyncs from burst window meta which feels they are reworking paladin to potentially make it work for the burst meta window?
For drastic changes on the summoner I think we won't have them before 7.0, I hope they will modify the functioning of elemental summons and make them ogcd with instant damage.I believe they want to rework Paladin? They need to remove that job rigidity, especially since flexibility was one of the best aspects of the old summoner,
it will take a bit of work but the summoner doesn't have a bright future with their gcd elemental summon: they should split some spells on new bind and remove the obsolete spells like physick and merge Energy drain/siphon to full dmg in for the first target 50% less in aoe.
I hope they will think about the question, a summoner with rigid gameplay and non-aligned rotation with others job and almost as mobile as a Ranged DPS was what people expected from the rework ?,
Did the old summoners main want to move from a complete job, with a lot of flexibilty without superfluous mobility to an incomplete and rigid clutter?
the answer is obviously no, and developers know it.

My concern is if they think NOW is an issue and not Shadowbringers, we will just go back to ShB where prange were still all terrible.
It should be clear the goal here is to be good enough that no one cares what job is in the fourth dps slot, so long as it's not a duplicate.
One way to do a quick and dirty job would be to lift the restriction on the elemental primal summons requiring Bahamut/Phoenix and having the gems have a 45s cooldown. That would allow properly optimization without losing as much as we do right now.For drastic changes on the summoner I think we won't have them before 7.0, I hope they will modify the functioning of elemental summons and make them ogcd with instant damage.

They are adjusting actions in 6.3, will be interesting to see if they address res for SMN and RDM among other items.
If they also dont push back the 6.3 ultimate, it will fit into the design philosophy of the fight.
