Major updates come out maybe 3 times a year but there are several smaller content updates that add plenty of things to do. Omicron tribal quests and variant + criterion dungeons are being released pretty soon. There's nowhere near a "drought." You're being kind of dramatic.

It's unfortunate that many people never received their rewards for those promotions, but those type of items are usually put in the store at some point down the line. I had to wait for a long time before Yuna's outfit was finally added to the store. But hey, I was happy it was there, and I bought it.

Do you have any proof they don't put the money they make from the online store back into the game? Also, SE didn't even develop that Avengers game. They only published it. They left the Western games to Western companies.
