    No, we have a safe way to travel to the Thirteenth. Travel between the Thirteenth and the Source has always been easier then with any other shard. Just because an Atomos could enlarge a void portal in this instance doesn’t automatically mean it will work for the First.

    There's nothing stating that we couldn't get to the First(or any other shard) by feeding a corresponding planar portal to another type of Atomos. Y'shtola's whole goal is to make inter shard travel easier and this is the first step.

    If we can make a Faux Alexander, I don't see how it would be a big leap in logic that we could make a Faux Atomos that can get us to the First or other shards.
