Thank you i i will try my luck with one of these did not know such a list eixsts. i very much enjoy decorating i spend multiple days thinking of ideas how to decorate my FC Room but it simply lacks the space and i would love having a Garden i very much enjoy the more chill content in FFXIV after a hard day of Work

I think that list comes from a housing discord which updates availability regularly.

And if you dont care to make an Alt FC for a House (you can leave it open to visit it with your main) there are around 200 open plots for FCs still open on Shiva (mostly Empyreum)
