Not me. Orcus, the NPC from the RPR job questline has this exact same form and I was happy to think they were maybe FINALLY creating a unique asset for once. Guess I should'a kept my hopes confined to my brain meat..

Orcus is an Enshrouded Garlean Hyur, it doesn't look like Zero's monster form, it's a completely different model.
There's visual similarities like the red arm and black hoodie, but i wouldn't say they are the same asset.
