You people do realize that once they pay the NPC, it's no longer a free house - and they are just getting the pictures for voluntarily paying for them, right?

What a vicious circle argument you are making up yourselves. So they pay - then they get more decor that really is small, inconsequential to the bigger picture and frankly, such a small token of an apology it's really questionable to even make it worth it.



Regardless of if you were affected or not - you didn't win the lottery pick. Which means you weren't robbed of a house - you flat out didn't win.

And so what? I was still affected by the bug whether I won or not lol. Everyone who placed a bid still had their gil in limbo. It literally affected all of us the same amount. The only difference is that the winners just have a voluntary option to turn in their gil that they shouldn't have refunded. So they either have a free house or they get compensated items, it seems like a win to me. The people who also had to wait with their gil stuck though? Tough luck, teehee.

To be clear here-- I don't want a free house or anything like that. But it does leave a bitter taste in my mouth that I don't even get the posters for a bug that also affected me, just apparently not enough cause I didn't win.
