Honestly I wish I could downvote this comment. No matter where I went; there were so many people with that busy icon up doing the auto-clicker. I could never get a house until the lottery came out because it was unfair to players who didn't cheat. Including the quality of life trying to click that placard for hours was awful. The lottery was good for THOSE reasons, but it did not fix all of the problems. Just hope that Island Sanctuary will satisfied these needs.

If you clicked it for multiple hours at once, the problem was you, the only time you had to click was prime time which consists of 2 hours.

First, prime time is 4 hours, not 2. Second, prime time depends on the accuracy of volunteer sweepers who sweep housing wards hourly to confirm when a plot was relinquished, and quite often there's a large gap between sweeps and as a result, players have to camp more than 4 hours for fear of losing a chance at a plot becoming available before the estimated prime time.

Please at least keep your facts straight in your bias for the accursed placard system which no one here actually is in favor of.
