My whole raid group is one big pinax meme. We'd have gotten to phase 2 if it werent for me dying to Lightning 2.

Find the pattern you are struggling with and come up with a way to get consistant at it.
Talking to other people how they deal with it.
Pinax thunder poison can be solved by only having 1 healer/melee moving into the lightning part and pre-communicate this.

Tbh the doorboss in p4s is prolly more annoying then the last one especially if you aren't progging it should go pretty quickly.

I have latency issues (Rural NY's only internet option is Spectrum, nodes being hopped through are crap). The heavy movement involved for Lightning 2 means that I can only resolve it half the time, give or take.

If you really want to make a effort learn to use fflogs correctly and figure out which were my alts that I used on chaos, it's pretty easy since I cleared both savage and ultimate with the same group.
But even funnier since you don't seem to realise and try to bash me for clearing this tier in 6.1 on a ... alt.

No? E8S was probably the hardest savage fight we ever got since Midas.

Personally I never found e8s to be hard, it just was perceived harder because it was the 2nd tier where there wasn't a doorboss so people took longer to learn p2.
in e8s the dps check was slighty overtuned and that was mostly because people were not using uptime strategies because you are rushing to kill it.

OP is trying to make something out of nothing. Won't affect savage week 1 clears. Majority of good players who actually clear savage tier are in the weeks 2-4 up to before the catch-up patch on month 3.

OP is not complaining but explaining why for him it is a big deal, I am really sorry that for you it isn't but for me it is. It's just different opinions but at least respect mine as I respect yours.
But seeing your responses to earlier where your small mind started bashing my alt one does not need to concern oneself with your opinions anymore.
