Changes to Savage with 6.2

I don't understand this post. I am not a hardcore raider. I just started while most people already cleared yet I already have 4 jobs on ilevel 600 full BIS.. so explain how this specific change will ruin the crafted gear?

So unless crafted gear will get extra Ilvl the crafted weapon already will be 1 wpndmg or 5ilvl behind the new ex trial weapon.
Since you have x amounts of weeks of tomes you can skip certain pieces and just buy the new tome gear.
Since you can skip x amounts of pieces, with no need to buy them, they become less valuable even useless for clearing savage.
