I really just wish we'd get new veteran rewards but gurl attire from past ffs this time.
my four picks would be yuffie, rinoa, lulu and lightnings attire from LR.
Yuffie has that nice sleeveless turtleneck and shortshorts and men are BEGGING to get pants that arent Mens Warehouse Business Casual Slacks no.6337789002 like we do every patch, Rinoas got thats arm scrunchie things and a jirt, lulu...well lulus hard cuz I know people would want her hair but in lieu of that having her hairpins as a hat (gasp) hrothgar and viera could wear would be so nice and Lightnings LR attire is just stupid cool.
I would also accept her knight of the goddess attire from 13-2

How Dancer's main theme is called "Vamo alla Flamenco", an actual flamenco-inspired track, and we don't have something to wear with it? I'd love 7.0 Dancer AF set to go towards this direction!

In general I want more gear that is designed for specific Jobs.
It's weird for example how NIN just has the Radiant Casting gear but recolored lol.

It's pretty hard to find gear that is actually specifically NIN gear.

Something like Vaan's alternate costume from Dissidia NT. I know some machinist/aiming gear looks sort of similar but I want something for Fending/maiming or even all class tbh. Just looks amazing to me, wish there were more vests like these ingame

Probably will never happen due to developer constraints/schedules, but I would like to see outfits tailored more for specific genders/races. A lot of gear seems to be designed with average or petite characters in mind, so bulkier races like Roegadyn could use options tailored specifically for their larger frames. I have read complaints that some of the non-racial gear can stretch awkwardly on them or clip.

Then there's stuff like Au Ra and Miqo'te tails, I would love to see glamour or customization options that decorate them or accentuate them in a style! I've always wanted to adorn my Au Ra's tail with stuff like this:
