The houses around my plot aren't even decorated & haven't been in a long time. I assume the person bought the plot & never bothered to add anything but the base house bc there is currently no demolition timer.
I never see other players. My ward is an FC ward (I have a private house before the changes)

so what's this "neighborhood feel" you speak of yoshi-p? Maybe he means ghost towns.
