Cant buy whats not for sale. Even if SE was for sale they most likely would not sell to MIrcosoft.
If SE ever decided to sell, it would likely be Sony that purchases it considering the ties the two companies already have.
Personally I don't see moving from one penny pinching mega corporation to another as an improvements. That's part of what destroyed Blizzard - they changed hands between different corporations over the years and we're about 2 years away from being able to tell if the Microsoft purchase will have a positive effect.
