Am i really the only one that dislike Yoshi-P ?

Not to sounds too spicy or anything but, some of you need to calm down.

as someone, who comes from a different game, I should admit Yoshi-P is much better at what he does than people who hold similar positions in other games.

And Yes,even if he's a business man (not saying he is) ,he does business while also trying to accommodate community needs to a decent degree (we still want instanced housing tho), rather than focusing on solely profit.

I've never liked this argument. "It's not as bad as x, y, or z, so you can't call out its flaws." We get it. WoW is worse than FF. Lost Ark is worse than FF. That doesn't mean that Yoshi gets a pass when he screws something up. And the more people try to use this excuse to give Yoshi free passes, the more you're going to have people dislike Yoshi because of how easy he has it despite screwing things up.

Do you not notice the vast contrast from the man who cries over delaying content and the man who mocks his own playerbase for being too needy?
I swear, he lets the mask slip now and then and people like you buy it anyway, hook, line and sinker.

The man is a business man selling you a product, not your son.

Thank you. Someone realizes that this man is a businessman first, and isn't your friend.

Yoshida is not an actor paid by Square Enix to fake tears and do some sick marketing.
He's a pationate game developper with huge responsabilities on his shoulders.

That's the persona he's sold you. He's successfully gotten you to buy into it.

He's dedicating his life to make ff14 successful.

Cause it makes him the dolla bills. I'm sure that if we took away his payment, he'd certainly still be working on FF14, cause he cares so much!

Who the hell are you to criticize him for crying when things are rough?

A paying customer that not only desires but EXPECTS a quality product, and does not seeing Yoshi P crying every other LL as a valid excuse for why the product is not up to par. It worked the first time, but he's overplayed his hand and I don't care if he's upset or not anymore. Deliver me a quality product and I'll start caring again.

Also he has never mocking in an ill intended way the playerbase. Its only the playerbase overreacting to a joke about an issue he is aware about.

It wasn't a funny joke, and it was incredibly tone deaf if it even was one.
