Nope you are not, i also dont like him that much for several reasons. Yea i know he turned the game and that this was a good thing, but there are other things i dont like that much.

You don't get it. What he ask is being nice. You may think is positive to give criticism by directly insulting people. That's not how things work. In any moment he didn't say not to give feedback or criticism. Just asked for being polite, a thing very difficult, it seems.

Anyway, this forums is a lost case.

But the problem is that i mentioned several times is that they need to hire someone to mod the na forums proper. We didn't have one in a while that could consolidate the positive feed back. If you hop in the other forums you notice that they do it proper.

I tend to feel the same. The devs aren't perfect by any means. They're humans and they can make mistakes.

But I played EverQuest and we had Brad McQuad, Smedley (who a lot of us liked as a person but as an official was crap), and Abashi (who we likened with a sock puppet given his responses) and when we asked for changes we got told it didn't fit "The Vision".

Give me the XIV devs any day.

Then there's Chris Roberts ... crowdfunding a game that may never launch, certainly not as it was first sold.

Its only the english forums that having the issue. The last person i want to say that actually was part of it before they stepped down was back in hw. If we had a better moderation alot of feedback would had been given to them, but you know the usual always happens

Wow I haven't heard those names in awhile. I remember EverQuest portion of Customer Service and their forum chats were full of the disgruntle, but they did have a GM sitting in forum chat with them and it was moderated. You got booted if you started crap. After Daybreak Games bought EQ from Sony Online Entertainment, I decided it was time to go.

as someone, who comes from a different game, I should admit Yoshi-P is much better at what he does than people who hold similar positions in other games.

And Yes,even if he's a business man (not saying he is) ,he does business while also trying to accommodate community needs to a decent degree (we still want instanced housing tho), rather than focusing on solely profit.
