Is the "healing portion" of healers hitting a wall in EW?

Copium warning: I am beginning to think the devs are taking note of healer feedback a bit. A bit. Just a bit. A little. A hint perhaps. The delay of Astro changes until 7.0 is pretty telling and this entire discussion has become a tad more mainstream with people like Mr Happy and Zepla talking about it at least a little. In fact, the larger conversation about the state of most jobs probably has the devs thinking more than they otherwise would.

If these are the reasons they postponed AST changes, it would probably more in a sense to not waste work, since I hardly think they would do a big healer(role) right now ... It's a huge structure to change mid expansion.
