If they had more than 4 people handling the 20 (+1) jobs that we have now I'm pretty confident things would be better than they are now.
Having more man hours on hand would allow them to better think things through rather than having to constantly make knee jerk changes only to have to go back and spend half the expansion cycle putting out fires.

Some change gone happen for AST in 6.2 not as big as they announced but some small change will occur.
I hope they at least rework the card system because in this current state it's clunky.
I don't think we will get cards with different effect even though i would love to see that (maybe in 7.0 ? )
I was really disappointed when they said it will be postponed but maybe for the better, they will talk in the next PLL what they want to do for the rework of the class so we can give feedback before it happen

Cards definitely seem like a prime candidate. Handing those out to everyone can be tedious and it definitely gets lost in some situations. Then you have people that get absolutely butthurt over not getting a card during a fight. I remember one bard actually broke into verse over it.Some change gone happen for AST in 6.2 not as big as they announced but some small change will occur.

They can add different effects to cards again if either they always have the damage+ on top of that added defensive effect... Or (probably better) moving damage buffs to minor arcana and letting the regular cards be only utility/defensive/healing aides.Cards definitely seem like a prime candidate. This would actually be great. Knowing SE though, they'll probably just consolidate the Minor Arcana and Crown Play buttons and say that was the major adjustment that took them a year. I don't think I've ever seen a good suggestion on the forums translate to the game, they just butcher everything.

I don’t think they have anyone dedicated to the healing jobs nor do I think it’s their first second or even third priority when it comes to jobs. The way they treat healers shows it’s not really a priority. It’s why I maxed out every other role. By far dps jobs are the most fun to play and have the best kits some even near perfect like red mage.
Even tanks who have the to protect the group also get real dps rotations and combos. Why? Shouldn’t they just be pressing their mitigation? Why do they get kits that shame those with their abilities and healers get nothing?
Fairy lilies cards addersfall? Simple Window dressing that needs to be entwined into the kit from level one to 90

The latter part of this suggestion would lead to ASTs only using minor arcana and never the others, since the only thing people want are damage buffs.
Maybe, but in any case just having enough people to make it come earlier rather than making it better would do it no good.If they had more than 4 people handling the 20 (+1) jobs that we have now I'm pretty confident things would be better than they are now.
