That would be fine. I can decide to either never give the company my money again or to adjust my behavior (knowing now what it was).
GM's have strict policies when it comes to issuing warnings or bans. They are not going to give out names to protect the player who filed the report or the name of the GM who flagged your account with a warning. If they did that than the player could get harassed by the receiver of the warning and for the second part, GM's don't have time to argue the issue with every Joe Blow in the game that feels they didn't deserve a warning. My guess that would be a lot of people.

You (your character did something that was against ToS). Otherwise, they can lose their jobs if it didn't go against ToS. They can't hand out warnings that you might have done something or base it off hearsay, it doesn't work like that. It has to be 100% against ToS and they are looking at it through their logs of conversation you had on that day. I know it sucks if you are confused what you might have done, especially if you're not one who usually gets complaints in dungeons or stuff you usually queue up for. I suggest maybe save your chat logs yourself so you can refer back to conversations on any given day. Just note GM's have logs of every conversation, trade, purchases you ever made saved to their servers, so maybe if there is a next time you'll have them for reference. Hopefully you won't have to suffer it again. Keep those you don't know at arms length, because even the F word can get you in trouble.
