I was a bit interested to see if my post would be ignored, full of getting flamed, or something else. I left out personal details not to try to hide my bad behavior, but because it is irrelevent to the post for this reason:

This is a larger issue about how the complaint and punishment system is implemented from a due process standpoint. You are accused of an action, you have no process to engage, and are given punishment without the ability to even address it, and without even knowing who is making the decision. Not only this, you don't even know what it is you did that lead to the action.

A couple of points I'd like to make:
1. They can share logs without sharing names. In my example, I just played roulettes and made random comments, all of which were general to no one specific, or directed at an NPC in one of the main scenarios.
2. Even if they want to leave out the complainant, the issue is MY statement/action. They can at least share the log of MY statement that warranted the action. I should also be able to know who the employee is who is taking this action so that I can reach out to them, or their manager if they refuse to communicate.

I want to thank everyone for their input. And to answer people that are questioning my sincerity on making the post: Again, I did not make any negative statements to any individual. This is not an anonymous account. I do not often post on these forums. You can look up my character and see how long I have been around and at my prior couple of posts.

For those who think that I'm hiding anything by not giving details, here is all I can think of as far as interactions I've had on the day in question: In one run I was running as a tank and while we wiped more than three times on the last boss, I stuck around and did nothing but encourage the new players. In another one, I joined after the dungeon had been already had cleared 2 bosses and those players were complaining their last tanks didn't know about stances. For those who question the validity of my issue is, the only other encounter I had that day was while the last boss of the main scenario where the second to last boss has the hammer, I made a comment about how I wish I could throw my shoe/helment at them to shut them up. I believe I used the F word in that.

The issue is I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT I COULD HAVE SAID/done that would lead to a warning. I used the F word? Really? In a game where sodomy and golden showers is referenced by NPCs on the regular? If it's because I said the f word, then why not just show the post which is a simple copy and paste with just my name and what I said with a comment "This word cannot be used, you can be banned from the game for using it again." That would be fine. I can decide to either never give the company my money again or to adjust my behavior (knowing now what it was).
