It honestly feels like they are ignoring criticism out of pettiness now because they are offended the feedback for SAM wasn't professionally nice like you'd receive from paid QA testers... which it won't be if you instead use paying customers to test your game. Who'd thunk.

Well, it is easier to shovel it on your customers because they're paying you to play the game. Saves you money, and you can just tune out the criticism. Win/win in their eyes.

So much this. If they don't revert this stuff soon, or even talk about reverting it so we know they know it's a problem and they're willing to fix it, I think I'll just quit the game. Is that professional enough, or do I have to include an apology letter when I unsubscribe and thank them for the privilege of allowing me to pay them to test their ill-conceived incremental job redesigns?
