it is so absurdly difficult to blacklist people in general.

there are people on primal that will just repeatedly tp across the various cities and use /sea to get a list of all the people in the area, /tell them and then warp to the next city and repeat and if you don't instantly catch them and blacklist them they'll have teleported away and it won't work.
