I'll just min effort for my daily XP on the last job I'm leveling then never do PvP again.

Please don't do this. Not only is it being a dick to the teammates unfortunate enough to have you sandbagging their team, it's a direct violation of the Terms of Service.

If you don't want to PvP, *then don't queue for PvP.* There are a ton of ways of getting XP if you don't enjoy PvP.
