Human error can still happen with perfect call outs too... so again, how is it cheating when I can do the same thing with a second monitor with out the use of an in game add on.

Stop trying to play dumb. Having a mechanic called out for you before it even shows up on the screen is significantly affecting gameplay for everyone. Literally a mechanic like Naels speech is entirely eroded to nothing since no one needs to check the chat queues, something the fight was designed around. If one person does these callouts for the group, great but there is still a human that needs to not only check, but make the correct callout WHILE handling mechanics and positioning themselves correctly.

Hell if you watch most streamers, if you ever see them attempt the Nael mechanic without callouts, you'll see how much they mess up consistently compared to when they have them. And that's the decisive difference.
