The quality of communication sucks over at LA but what doesn't suck is that you actually feel heard as a player and feel that the biggest, most pressing concerns are actually looked at. This whole third party plugin drama would be over by now if we had clear, constant communication with CMs on the forums in the past few days.

Oh I agree, it's nice to see that CMs are at least trying there. Just that it can still be pretty terrible, even with engagement from the actual company.

Some of my experiences with the poor communication with LA has pissed me off more than getting no communication from FF though.
Both have there flaws unfortunately.

Yup, when I posted my feedback when I decided to uninstall it (since that's what the devs were asking for)

Basically talked about how the PF enables some really toxic behaviours that go completely unpunished unless someone does a mass report.

Their answer "Please don't leave, we are aware of issues and we are going to put tools in, but these bad experiences aren't something everyone is having so take heart in that! It could just be the server you rolled on!"

But it's entirely the players fault for rolling onto a server rather than it clearly being an endemic problem? Give me a break.
